Warranty: innoVATiV sports products warranties the sportBELT against material or manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months. If there is a material or manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Abuse or improper care of this product will void the warranty.

Return Policy: The sportBELT has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We will exchange the sportBELT for a different size at no charge. If for some reason you are not happy with our product, you can return it as long as it is has not been worn and is in like new condition. We will refund the purchase price of the belt $44.95, but not shipping and handling.
