First, be honest with your waist size to ensure that you order the proper size.
Sizing Recommendation: If your waist size is within 1-2 inches or 3-6 Centimeters of the maximum size of the belt order the next size larger belt. For women please consider your hip measurements. The lower part of the sportBELT rests over your hips. Using just your waist size measurement for sizing can be misleading, due to your smaller waist and larger hip bones. |
